Compassionate ways to create change
Self-guided change for real life
By Dr Sam Cockle, Health Psychologist
I’m Dr. Sam Cockle, a specialist Health Psychologist dedicated to helping people break free from diet pressure and build a sustainable approach to health. With 15 years of experience in health and wellbeing and eight years of university-level training in psychology, I’ve conducted specialist research and worked closely with clients, equipping me to deliver effective, tailored support.
Having struggled with my own weight and the pressures of dieting, I know the stress, guilt, and frustration of feeling stuck. That’s why I take a compassionate, realistic approach - helping you build a way of caring for your health that fits your life, without overwhelm.
My mission is for every person I work with to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered to create a way of eating, moving, and caring for themselves that feels good and works for them - without harsh rules, guilt, or restrictions.
This course is one part of my psychology-led approach to health and wellbeing. Visit my main website to learn more about how I can support you.
